Our Return Policy

Anna Bella will gladly accept returns within 14 days of purchase on our merchandise, including sale items, presented in its original condition (unworn, unwashed and not altered) with all tags are intact and accompanied with original receipt. We will try our best to find an exchange that you will like or issue a credit note for your future purchases. Sorry that we do not do refund.

Anna Bella credit notes, gift cards and gift certificates are valid for one year from issue date. They are redeemable for merchandise only, have no cash value and are non-refundable.

For hygienic reasons, certain accessory items such as earrings, hosiery are not returnable.

Our Layaway Program Policy

Anna Bella offers our customers an option to layaway their favorite items with 20% deposit for a period of 30 days. Payment can be made as often as you wish provided that payment is completed within the specified period for pick up. Overdue layaway will result in cancellation and the deposits are non-refundable.
