  • How do I use a promotion code?
  • You will have the opportunity to enter your promotion code during the checkout process.

  • What are (1) a billing address & (2) a shipping address?
  • 1. Your billing address is the same address as you use for your credit card.

    2. Your shipping address is where you would like your order to be shipped to.

  • What happens after I place my order?
  • Once you have placed an order, you will receive subsequent emails indicating the status of your order. The first email you will receive is the Order Confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order request. The next email you will receive is the Shipment Confirmation email. You will receive this email when:

    Your credit card payment has been approved. Note: All orders go through a credit card approval process. Orders are not released for shipment until this verification is completed. This can affect the shipment delivery time. Your credit card will only be charged when the order is shipped to you.

    The items that you've purchased have been processed for shipping.

  • How do I track my package?
  • When your order ships, you will receive an email notification that contains the tracking number for your package(s). You can also track your order online

  • How long will it take to process my order?
  • 90% of our orders are shipped next business day. However, there are a few exceptions. If your order contains items that are of limited availability, your whole order will be held until these items are ready to ship. For full details on processing times, please check our Shipping Policy page.

  • Why was my order cancelled?
  • There are instances where an item will show as available when in fact it may not be. As many people are on the website at the same time, another shopper may have purchased the last item just moments before you completed your transaction. As a result, one or more items in your order will be cancelled and you will not be charged for the cancelled items. We will notify you via your email confirmation if there is any change to your order. Any changes will be removed from your order total and will be reflected on your shipping invoice.

  • How can I cancel or change my order?
  • Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed because we begin processing it immediately.

  • To what countries can I ship my order?
  • Orders purchased by customers at AnnaBella.ca, can be shipped to destinations within Canada. At this time, we do not ship outside of Canada. For further details, please consult our Shipping Policy.

  • What if I've received merchandise in error or received damaged merchandise?
  • We strive to maintain a high level of accuracy in our shipments and make every effort to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you've received an item in error or find that it's damaged, please email to returns@annabella.ca and request for a Return Authorization number and information.

  • Do you offer a gift wrapping service?
  • We presently do not offer gift wrapping services.

  • If I purchased an item online, can I return it at an Anna Bella store?
  • Merchandise that is purchased online can be returned at any Anna Bella store for exchange or store credit note. However, our stores do not provide refund option for returned items. For full details on how to return or exchange your purchase, please consult our Return Policy.

  • Is all the merchandise that is available at Anna Bella stores also available online?
  • Not all merchandise in our stores is available online, but Annabella.ca offers a wide selection of merchandise that just keeps growing. Visit us often to be aware of the latest additions and, if you haven't already done so, sign up to receive email news of sales and other fantastic offers available in store and online at annabella.ca.

  • How do I find out if an item is available in store?
  • Please visit one of our store locations to check in-store availability. See our Store Locations page for details.

  • How do I redeem my Gift Card?
  • Gift Cards may be redeemed at any Anna Bella Store locations. Unfortunately we are presently unable to accept Gift Cards as a form of payment when shopping online. For additional information regarding the redemption of Gift Cards, please consult Gift Card page.

  • How do I care for my clothes?
